Our latest develpments are designed to save you more when shopping
with us. First,
we have added some much needed shipping options from USPS.
Domestic customers may now select from Air Mail (First Class Mail) if
the weight of your shipment is 13 ounces or under. Some items
qualify for First Class Mail, even our Digestive Enzymes, which
weigh in at 1 pound in a Priority Box. However, most of the
qualifying items are in plastic bottles and will be shipped in a white
plastic weather proof bubble envelope. Also notice that we have
added Parcel Post as well as Priority Mail Flat Rate Box
shipping. Our program will not automatically select the least
expensive means of shipping for you, so you must look at the list of
options to make sure you select your prefered shipping method.
Our international customers have the option to select Priority Mail,
Priority Mail Flat Rate Box or Express Mail.
Second, we have
added a 5% discount on product purchases between $60 and $89.
Purchases from $90 and up will still receive the 10% product
discount. Please note that the discount is not applied to
shipping charges or Texas state sales tax (only charged to Texas
residents). The sales tax will automatically be reduced by the
appropriate amount after the discount has been applied to your purchase.
An
update on Google Checkout: To keep up with technology and
internet services, we implemented Google Checkout. If you are a
member you can now
check out with Google or PayPal or "regular checkout" with a credit
card. However, there
as been at least one minor problem with Google Checkout.
The Google server will sometimes time out before our server has a
chance to respond, so we don't always know if the appropriate emails
are being sent by our server or the Google Server. As a result of
the timeouts, Google will charge a $6.20 fee for shipping. This
is a reasonable fee for 1 or two items shipped and was used as our
default amount just in case something like this would
happen. We have not had a large order (in which you may
have selected Flat Rate Shiping) fall under this scenario, so we are
not sure wht exactly will happen. However, we assume the effect
will be an additional discount for you. We will not charge
domestic customers additional shipping under those circumstances.
However, for
international customers: if you see the shipping is only $6.20
or less please know that we will send you a PayPal invoice for
the difference. We reserve the right to modify the shipping
amount for international orders and cancel the order if the customer
does not agree with the changes in shipping charges.

Here are some of the shopping cart features you may notice:
1. PayPal Payments Pro - is easier to use than ever. Gone are the sometimes confusing checkout pages. They have been replaced with more intuitive and people friendly pages. Those who are not PayPal members can always pay using any credit card by filling in the required credit card payment form. We have also added other payment options for you to chose from, such as payment through the mail with a check or money order.
2. Tell A Friend - You now have the ability to "tell a friend" about one of our products by filling in a simple form. The information will be emailed to your friend.
3. Product Reviews - As mentioned above, this feature had
to be disabled due to web vandals.
4. Registered User - You can now register as a customer and all your information will be saved in a secure site SQL database. When you return to the store, simply check in. You can keep track of purchases and dates purchased. No cookies are stored on your computer to manage your information. You can choose to receive product updates and/or newsletters. Your privacy is always assured and you do not have to register to purchase a product.
5. Shipping has also been simplified! All items are shipped USPS for US and International customers. Shipping cost is now based on the weight of the item or items shipped. You have several choices for shipping, from Priority Mail to Express Mail Guaranteed. Shipping costs are calculated on a live feed to the US Postal Service, so postal rates are always up to date!
6. International Customers will be happy to know that all
countries serviced by the USPS are included in the shipping module with
correct shipping charges for each country and several ship options!
7. Gift Certificates
- Don't know what to buy for a friend or relative? You can now
buy a Gift Certificate for birthday's or any other special occasion and
let your gift recipient decide what they want!
