Lets face it, the only
way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you take in.
To
do that you have to exercise like crazy and stop eating (or lower your
food intake)!
Hoodia won't help
with the exercise but it will help with those hunger pangs!
I
take this brand of Hoodia Gordonii,
and I find it works best when you plan ahead. For
example, you have a
buffet brunch you plan to attend so you take the Hoodia 1/2 hour
before you leave for the function. I find when I do that,
I have to force myself to eat. Without the Hoodia, I would
give into temptation and eat anything and everything I see that
looks good. And the more I eat the hungrier I will
get.
But Hoodia
Gordonii seems to work
different for
different people. One of my best friends, Catherine, takes
this brand of Hoodia and has told me when she takes it in the morning
she can not eat all day. If she does try to eat something,
she will even get nausea (sick to her stomach). Now that's a
pretty powerful
testimonial. I can't promise that it will work like that
for you, because I know it works differently for me.
Just
remember that Hoodia
Gordonii works
best if taken on an
empty stomach.
But don't fool
yourself. As
good as Hoodia Gordonii is, it may not stop compulive
eating - that is
eating not
because you're hungry but because you are sad or happy or
nervous or bored or excited or unloved or whatever! Why?
Because when
you eat for those reasons you're not eating because of hunger
anyway!
But
even if you are a compulsive eater, you'll still consume far
fewer calories when you take Hoodia. And if it
works for you like it works for my friend Catherine, it will also stop
compulsive eating cold! So give it a
try!
And please don't
believe
outlandish claims by those trying to sell you something.
No matter what they say in their advertising, you can't get a better

are

diets". To lose weight you still have to manage yourself

remember to plan ahead, take Hoodia Gordonii in the
morning or
at least 1/2
hour before you eat and on an empty stomach.
